På det forberedende retsmøde den 5. maj 2008 fremsatte jeg et forligsforslag efter besigtigelse af skellet og det omtvistede egetræ.

Jeg finder ikke, at en tilkendegivelse som denne om sagens sandsynlige ud-fald som led i forligsmægling under sagens forberedelse i sig selv medfører inhabilitet.

Da der ikke ses at foreligge andre forhold, der kunne rejse tvivl om min fuldstændige upartiskhed i sagen, jf. herved retsplejelovens§ 61,
