Efter oplysningerne om Sagsøgers alder og tilstand, og da der er tale om en sag mellem parter, der er tæt familiemæssigt relateret, har jeg beslut-tet at tillade, at Vidne 1 og Vidne 2 - der fortsat har vidnestatus -opholder sig i retslokalet under hele hovedforhandlingen.

Sagen er i øvrigt udsat 4 uger som begæret til den 4. marts 2008.
