−brev af 20. maj og mail af 25. maj 2022 fra forsvareren, advokat Lars Thousig, med oplysning om, at tiltalte frafalder sin anke
−brev af 25. maj 2022 fra Statsadvokaten i Viborg med oplysning om, at ankla-gemyndigheden frafalder sin kontraanke.
Statsadvokaten har i brevet anmodet om, at tiltalte skal forblive varetægtsfængslet, indtil afsoning kan begynde.
Forsvareren har i mail af 25. maj 2022 oplyst, at tiltalte ikke protesterer mod anmodningen.
Landsretten besluttede, at tiltalte fortsat skal være varetægtsfængslet, indtil afsoning kan begynde.
Landsretten hævede sagen og besluttede, at tiltalte skal betale sagens omkostninger for landsretten.
Landsretten fastsatte salæret til forsvareren, advokat Lars Thousig, til 2.715 kr. + moms.
