Østre Landsret har ved kendelse af 1. oktober 2025 stadfæstet Sø- og Handelsrettens kendelse af 6. august 2025 om ikke som begæret af Lulu’s Fashion Lounge, LLC, at ophæve et efter anmodning fra Ganni A/S overfor Lulu’s Fashion Lounge, LLC, nedlagt midlertidigt forbud angående markedsføring mv. af skoen Graya Ballerina.
