Rekvirenten anmodede om, at lejeren udsættes af og udlejeren indsættes i lejemålet Adresse 2, 7100 Vejle, da lejemålet er ophævet til fraflytning 1. april 2021, jf. Vestre Landsrets dom af 19. januar 2021

Da betingelserne for udsættelse af lejemålet er til stede, erklærede fogedretten lejeren for udsat af og udlejeren indsat i det lejede.

Indboet blev taget i bevaring af Universal Flytteforrenting.

Der blev tillagt 1.625 kr. in kl. moms i salær
