Ved kendelse af 1. marts 2011 har Retten i Aalborg bestemt, at den anmodning om kumu-lation af sagerne, som Appellant, tidligere Sagsøger 1 m.fl. som sagsøgere fremsatte, ikke blev taget til følge.

Kendelsen er kæret af Appellant, tidligere Sagsøger 1 m. fl. med påstand om, at sagerne kumuleres. Til støtte for påstanden har de navnlig anført, at sagerne er af helt ensartet beskaffenhed.

Ministeriet for Flygtninge, Indvandrere og Integration har påstået stadfæstelse og har til støtte herfor navnlig anført, at hver af sagerne skal undergives en konkret og individuel domstolsprøvelse.
