Den 22. juli 2017 har byretten afsagt kendelse om varetægtsfængsling af Sigtede i medfør af retsplejelovens § 762, stk. 2, nr. 2.

Kendelsen er kæret af Sigtede.

Sigtelsen angår en enkeltstående episode omfattet af straffelovens § 119, stk. 1.

Lovovertrædelsen er herefter og efter det i øvrigt foreliggende ikke af en sådan karakter, at hensynet til retshåndhævelsen skønnes at kræve, at Sigtede ikke er på fri fod, jf. retsplejelovens § 762, stk. 2, nr. 2.

Sigtede skal derfor løslades.
